IBM Family Day at Shah Alam Extreme Park - July '09
IBM held an activity filled Family Day at the Shah Alam Extreme Park on 18 July '09. IBM staff and their families had an adventurous time participating in the telematches- Tug-Of-War, 3 Legged Race; wall climbing, archery, indoor soccer & other games. There were body artists, henna artists, clowns, jugglers & stiltwalkers, Inflatable Playground to entertain the crowd. Prizes to be won that day: Plasma TV, DVD Player, PS3, etc. Guests were treated to a buffet style lunch.
Glitter Tattoo (usually lasts about 5 days, but on a hot day when everyone was perspiring, perhaps it could last about 2 days) & Henna Tattoo (Moroccan & modern designs: scorpion, tribal besides the floral & butterfly designs) was requested for this event. Henna designs were simple & not as intricate (compared to bridal Henna) as we were catering to a crowd of 800-1000 people.
Stick-on-with-water Tattoos offered a variety of designs for children & adults : Dragon, Tribal, Scorpion, realistic looking Flowers & Butterflies, Glow-in-Dark tattoos, shimmery/Glittery tattoos. Stick-on-with-water Tattoos takes about 30 seconds to do & usually lasts about 3-5 days. Takes a few seconds to dry. Many IBM staff & their family members eagerly queued up at the Body Art Booth to get their free Glitter or Henna Tattoo.

Face Painting for Alexandra's Birthday Party
Alexandra's birthday party was filled with games - Hitting The Pinata (kids dove for the candies, smiling like winners who had struck the Jackpot), Dress The Mummy, Musical Newspapers, Pop the Balloon, Dance & Freeze, Find the Special Tissue Roll. Kids love winning prizes & Alexandra's mummy had come prepared with her loot of party packs, prizes & goodies to give away. On the menu: corn cob, macaroni & Bolognese sauce, sausages, muffins & roasted pumpkin & carrots - all thanks to Chefs for the day - Dad & Marissa. A beautiful Barbie Doll cake was a sight to behold, almost too beautiful to eat! Spiderman, Madame Butterfly, Miss Love, CatGirl & Spidergirl were glad a face painter was there to transform them into their party alter egos.
