GLOW-in-the Dark Face Painting was requested for this New Year Eve Party Downtown...To future organisers & Party Planners; yes; special Glow paints were used (professional Australian Face paints; not Buncho poster colour paints) & organisers need to provide the "Black Light" or UV lights; only then will the paints glow under these special lights in a dimmed party area.
